Return Policy:
Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It should be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity or documentation that accompanied the artwork.
Return Process: If you wish to return a painting, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged/defective item.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned painting and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized paintings, as well as any artwork that has been modified or damaged by the customer, are not eligible for return.
