Return Policy:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged/defective item.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned painting and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized paintings, as well as any artwork that has been modified or damaged by the customer, are not eligible for return.
